This handbag is sturdy, attractive and rigid enough to stand on its own. It does not "flop" over or "cave in" when filled with essential items. The leather looks very nice. I wish there was a zipped middle section inside, but there's only the large, open section and a section for tablet or laptop. In my case, I use the laptop section for reading material or tall file folders, The zipper on the outside of the handbag is difficult to zip/unzip, as is the main zipper at the top of the handbag. I have used graphite on both zippers which helped somewhat. I did not contact Amazon or the seller regarding the zippers because these issues do not (in my opinion) outweigh the hassle of returning the item. It is a very nice size handbag; a bit heavy, but that is to be expected. All in all, I'm pleased with the purchase and consider it a good value.I purchased the coffee color. As another reviewer said, the tote bag is even more attractive in person. It looks so luxurious, the metal accents add a nice touch - It looks better than most tote bags I have seen in my lifetime. I love the rich dark chocolate color - It is very hard to find a purse (and shoes) this color especially with silver hardware. The polished leather brings out the vibrancy of the color and is of very good quality. I like that the lining/ satin material on the inside is the same color as the bag. The inside and outside zippers feel strong and sturdy and function well. The bag is very spacious and structured rather than slouchy. I like the pockets and compartments for organizing. The price tag is not cheap but not too expensive (it is under $100.00) - I was willing to pay the money because of the good reviews and also because this color purse is rare to find. I am very happy with my purchase:)I had been looking for awhile to replace my old laptop tote and this is beautiful! I had to do a replacement shipment the first time I ordered it because it was missing the shoulder strap and the long strap was a big reason I chose this bag. I’m glad I decided to replace and not return because when I got the 2nd bag, it was wrapped much nicer than the first making me think I had gotten someone else’s return who kept the strap for themselves. It annoys me that Amazon sends out returned items without checking that the entire package is intact. It cost me a trip to UPS and days of waiting for the replacement. I also splurged on the matching wallet and change purse. A gift for myself that I’m sure I deserve! Buy it! You only live once!This bag is well made and perfect to carry my computer and files back and forth to work. Good quality and worth the price.I've only used it for traveling and it held my 17" laptop, charging cord, 10" tablet and charging cord. USB extension cords and a few other small items. It looks great, but I'm still not sure if it's genuine leather. For the price, usability, sturdiness and ease of carrying I decided to keep it. We'll see how long it lasts.This is a very professional looking work purse. I can’t wait until I am going back to work in-person because this is going to look much nicer than the laptop bag I was using before. There’s a good amount of room inside the main compartment but has a thin, not bulky profile. I was looking for a leather tote because canvas and faux leather items just wear out too quickly. I’ve only had this a few weeks but it is holding up well.I ordered this bag for work and was very pleased with this product. It is very stylish and well made with plenty of room.
