This bag seems to have good construction. The leather is smooth and relatively thin so the bag is light to carry. The phone pocket actually fits a modern phone, so your phone is always handy. The side pocket just fits my wallet (many wallets probably wouldn't fit there.) The zippers are smooth. The inside has an open pocket that is fairly deep (I keep my glasses and sunglasses there) a zip pocket for items you need to have with you but don't use often, and the main compartment. I wish the bag opened a bit more (so I supposed it would need to be a bit deeper than its 1.5" or so) since things at the bottom of the main compartment can be a bit hard to get at. I keep my keys there and since I have keyless ignition on my car I don't have to take them out very often, but when I do it is a bit of a struggle.That said though if the bag was bigger, I probably wouldn't like it as much. It is for me a nearly perfect every day bag (for an old guy that now needs too many accoutrements to navigate his day than can be stuffed into pockets).
